To schedule a session (or group of sessions) with one of the trainers below, please fill out
the registration form which is accessed from the link at the bottom of this page or the left menu. A request for
a certain trainer should be made in the comment section of the registration process. Once your information
is submitted, we will forward your information to the specific trainer who you requested. You will be contacted within
48 hours, and at that time will make be able get specific details, make arrangements and schedule a session or group
of sessions. Completing the registration form will not obligate you to use the trainer's service, but the below guidelines
will be enforced once the sessions are scheduled with the trainer.

A
session will consist of one trainer and up to six participants. A session will include one hour of training: Ten minute, topic-related, technical warm-up Forty-minute
progressive, topic-specific training Five minute cool-down Five minute verbal recap of session with player(s) (and parent(s) if requested).
What to bring to each session: tennis shoes or flats if training
in gym or on pavement/cleats if training on grass, at least one properly inflated soccer ball, warm clothing if required, plenty
of water or sports drink. Your specific trainer may require additional items.
GUIDELINES Any
registered competitive player using any of the trainers who are not certified through the participant's organization must submit
specific, written permission from the said participant's team coach. No more than two sessions for a single participant may be scheduled in one day Venue will be arranged by the trainer (unless otherwise agreed), but any
expense for the use of the venue will be the sole responsibility of the participant. This will be arranged and communicated
at the time of scheduling. Customer will give
a minumun of 24 hours notice in the event of request for reschedule or cancellation. Failure to adhere to this
policy will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session. All
sessions will expire within three weeks of the initial training date. Payment in full must be paid to the trainer at the beginning of each session or the beginning of the
first set of sessions. Cash, check or money order will be accepted. $25.00 fee on all returned checks. To receive the multiple session discounted price you must initially book
a certain number of sessions (up to four). Dates and times do not need to be finalized, but all other restrictions apply.
